Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

I wore my cuff wool socks, and they were so comfortable and warm. I felt like I was walking on a Axminster carpet. They are so trendy and comfortable to wear. Since receiving my socks, I’ve purchased three orders, each over the value of £36.00. The female and men’s socks are lovely, and make wonderful gifts. I’ve been lucky enough to buy these socks on offer, so I’ve gifted some to friends, to share the “ Joya” experience. I even gave my Postwoman a pair of the heart wool socks, as she was delivering them. She was delighted, and said she’s sure her feet will love them too ❤️❤️❤️

I love the wool blend socks in the Hills Gift Box. They cushion the feet and feel soft and warm. The deep ribbed cuff keeps the socks in place without being too tight.

Bought a pair of these Nordic patterned socks for my husband at Christmas from a local shop. He liked them so much that I bought two more pairs directly from Gemjar. They are wonderfully colourful and lightweight but warm too.

I’m on my feet a lot: walking for work, commuting, running. Socks are key, and these are a treat. And a bit of colour that keeps my subconscious smiling even on a challenging day!
Great socks, but I'd like a more tailored fit. My shoe size is 7UK, so I find these 8-12 UK socks a little too long and with too much volume. Otherwise, they are warm, comfortable, well-made and wash well. If Gemjar did 7-9UK and 10-12UK or similar, instead of the current 8-12UK, I'd be a customer for life!

Initially bought as a gift, but I kept them as they were so well made, comfy and warm. Consequently, I had to buy some more and will probably be buying more! As well as being the perfect sock, several of my friends have admired them. They are excellent socks during the cold weather.
These socks are great. They're very well made and will clearly last well. The designs are also great - I ordered a few pairs as gifts and the designs were all good. For me the bolder colour schemes would be my first choice

These are excellent socks. They are about the most sockish socks I own. Although only a wool blend, you'd be forgiven for thinking that you were wearing a small spring lamb on each foot, but without the sweaty bleating. The colours really blend in with Lego, and when I'm overtaken by the urge to race through piles of autumn leaves without my boots on, you can't see my feet! What can I say...outstanding.

Bought Joya (Gemjar) socks from a local shop last year. My husband liked them so much, he asked for more for his birthday. Wrong time of year for the local shop, so bought online. Excellent customer service from online store.
I bought these for my teenage son who loves these socks. They are super cosy and soft and perfect for walking around in the house ( and with shoes of course). The best thing is that they do NOT cause fluff like so many soft fluffy socks do. He tells me they are the best socks he ever had.
