I love the wool blend socks in the Hills Gift Box. They cushion the feet and feel soft and warm. The deep ribbed cuff keeps the socks in place without being too tight.

Got a pair with sheep for Xmas. Been looking for comfortable (and warm) bedsocks for ages. They fitted the bill perfectly so I had to get some more. Lovely and warm, now sometimes I end with my feet out of the bed but that's much better than cold feet in bed.
