We aim to ship your order within 24 hours of purchase, (not including weekends) although orders received before 12 noon will generally be shipped the same day.

Express UK delivery £6.00 via DPD (next day)
We send carriage free on orders over £40 in the UK.
Shipping to the rest of the world has a flat rate of £15
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, last chance collections, underwear or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
I now have 5 pairs in different colours! They’re incredibly soft and squidgy, keep my feet lovely and warm and aren’t too tight on the ankle. Buy some, you won’t regret it!!

I bought these socks after seeing them on a trip to Edinburgh, and failing to buy them. Found and ordered them online and they are beautiful. I love the colours, and they are so soft and snuggly. What can I say? I love these socks. I have been indulging in socks over the past couple of years. I found theses in a wee shop in the Highlands three weeks ago. A week later I ordered three more pairs from your website. The colours and patterns are beautiful as well as fun. My socks are so cosy and soft I have worn them nearly everyday! I often just look down at my feet just to admire their gorgeousness and Scandinavian design. Am I gushing too much?? Well, as I I said in my title- perhaps my most favorite socks ever!
